If you are a pre-med living in Chapel Hill, North Carolina or are one attending the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill then you are likely looking to attend the UNC School of Medicine. Although Chapel Hill has a population of over 50,000, it still has a college-town feel to it and everyone is certainly proud of it. Here are some stats:

Franklin Street is the hub of events and places to go in Chapel Hill (especially downtown). It is where most students go to hang out with friends. It is an incredibly diverse area and a melting pot of many different kinds of people, which is definitely a plus.
