Even the least tech-savvy person in the world can’t argue that technology has given us a seemingly endless amount of benefits. You are able to connect with others, conduct research, and leverage our resources like never before.

The truth of the matter is that if you aren’t using your phone, tablet, or computer to get your tasks in order, you are missing out. But there are hundreds of different apps out there so picking the right ones can be tough. It really comes down to what it is that you are looking for. Here is a list of five different time management apps that will help you out depending on what you need.

Mindmapping is such a useful productivity technique, and Mind 42 is the best free mindmapping app out there. It will help you get more organized by focusing your thoughts and creating a plan to get everything done that you need to.

5. Focus At Will

Issue: The lack of noise actually makes you less productive

This app claims that it can boost your attention span by up to 400% by providing music channels that are scientifically optimized to increase productivity. All you need to do is set your mood or music energy level and track your output based on the personalized sounds that the app provides you. Pretty neat!
