So you’re sitting at the desk taking your exam and you get a question you just can’t answer. Some of my students immediately begin panicking which is very bad. Having anxiety during your MCAT could ruin your scores and prevent you from doing your best. That’s why you need to find ways with which to control these bad feelings and keep them at bay.
