Still stuck? Here’s some more info that has helped others:
Choppy video / slow video / stuttering video
What is the speed of your internet connection? Please go to speedtest.net and run a test from the computer that you are trying to watch the videos on.
You’ll get a download speed number from this test. Assuming your speed is slow (less than 5 mbs), you should know it can take up to a full minute for each video to load on its page, and you’ll have to be patient while the buffer loads up enough content for the video to run. You will have buffering issues (choppy video) and you need to improve your internet speed (upgrade with your provider) if you can.
Are you going to several lessons at once and opening a lot of pages and trying to load multiple videos at once? I recommend you only load one video at a time. Or if you open a lot of pages/tabs, then give everything five minutes to load, and that way you can watch each video lesson one after the other without having to wait.
Do you have flash blocked in some way on your computer? Could there be a system block on flash videos from the network admin? At some places, the network admins will prevent you from watching high-bandwidth content, so this could be an issue.
Have you tried looking at the videos from another computer? If you can see the videos comfortably from another computer, then your computer has a problem of some kind.
What city do you live in? Do you live in a remote area? Users who are in VERY remote areas with very low internet speeds will need to wait a long time for the videos to load and for the buffer to fill.
